摘要
工业建筑施工中,大型设备基础导轨预埋精度要求高,同时要求设备基础混凝土一次整浇,施工难度大;设备基础施工速度会直接影响工程施工进度,导轨安装精度直接影响后续设备安装与运行。本文是针对前述难题,对大型设备基础导轨一次性高精度预埋进行探索,确立一种精确高效预埋大型设备基础导轨的施工方法。
In industrial constructions, the precision of embedded rails of large equipment foundation should be high, and integral concreting of the equipment fotlndation is also required, which makes the construction become difficult; the equipment construction speed will directly affect the construction schedule and the rail mounting precision directly influences the subsequent installation and operation. In view of the aforementioned problems, this paper will explore high precision integral embedded construction technology for rails of large equipment foundation and establish an efficient and accurate construction method.
