摘要
本文针对我国北方地区住宅项目或商住综合体项目中地下室坡道入口部位常常容易出现积雪、结冰等实际问题,提出了电缆融雪汽车坡道的施工技术。通过在坡道出入口采用发热电缆隐蔽于混凝土保护层内以达到融雪化冰功能,从而实现汽车坡道等混凝土面层无积雪,保证行车安全,体现了"绿色施工"的现代施工理念,同时也有利于坡道及园林的环境美观。
In view of the problem that it is easy to appear snow cover and ice at the basement entrance ramp of the residential or commercial residential complex projects in north China, the construction technology of cable snow melting car ramp is proposed. By laying heating cable under the concrete cover at the ramp entrance, the snow and ice can be melted, so that there will be no ice or snow at the car ramp concrete pavement, and traffic safety can be ensured, which not only shows the ＂green construction＂ concept, but also is good for the landscape of ramp and gardens.
