高校学生就业指导服务优化研究——基于90后大学生择业观调查

Research on the Optimization of College Students' Employment Guidance Service:Taking the Investigation Based on the Post-90s College Students' View of Employment

随着高校毕业生人数增加,大学生就业面临新的挑战,提高大学生就业能力成为高校重要使命。本文通过问卷及访谈调查,了解90后大学生择业观现状,在此基础上提出了高校学生就业指导服务优化建议。

with the increase in the number of college graduates, the employment of university students faces new challenges. Therefore, it has become a very important mission to improve the employment ability of college students. Through questionnaires and interviews, this paper describes the post-90s college students＇ view of employment and on the basis of this, puts forward suggestions to optimize the college students＇ employment guidance service.
