摘要
双溢流板式塔是一种用于气液系统的分级接触传质-传热设备,管口方位的布置应保证使塔的管道满足工艺、管道及仪表流程图的要求。影响双溢流塔的管口方位的因素很多,比如塔和相关设备的位置关系、各种塔内件的型式及尺寸。另一方面塔内件不是一成不变的,可以在满足工艺、检维修的前提下合理改变型式和位置。只有更好地了解塔内件是如何影响管口方位的布置,才能更好地通过改变内件型式达到调整管口方位的目的。根据不同的塔内件型式,重点分析双溢流塔的管口方位的布置。
Double overflow plate tower is hierarchical contact mass and heat transfer equipment for gas-liquid system.The nozzle orientation shall be arranged to ensure that the piping layout meet the requirements of process,Piping and Instrumentation Diagram.Many factors affect the nozzle orientation of double overflow tower,such as the position relationship between the tower and related equipment and the type and size of various tower internals.On the other hand,the type and location of tower internals can be changed under the premise that the process,inspection and maintenance requirements are met.Only if we have a better understanding of how the tower internals affect the nozzle orientation arrangement,can we adjust the nozzle orientation by changing the type of tower internals.This paper focuses on the nozzle orientation arrangement for double overflow tower based on different types of tower internals.
