摘要
45 000 m3/h内压缩流程空分装置的1台透平膨胀机因为信号干扰突然停车,另1台膨胀机又不具备备用条件,不能在规定时间内正常启动,此种情况只能采取紧急处理措施,使整个空分系统工况不出现大的波动,确保下游工段正常稳定运行。简单介绍空分装置工艺流程,重点分析透平膨胀机非正常停运对相关设备及精馏工况的影响。针对透平膨胀机的工作特点,提出了1套较为完善的应急操作方案。为避免整个空分系统非计划停车,提供了重要的技术保障。
A turbo-expander in a 45 000 Nm^3/h inner compression process air separation plant stopped abruptly due to signal interference and the other turbo-expander failed to start within the required time,so emergency measures were taken to avoid big fluctuations in the operation of the whole air separation system and to guarantee the normal and stable operation of downstream units.The process flow of air separation plant is introduced briefly,and the impact of the abnormal stop of turboexpander on related equipment and distillation conditions are analyzed in detail.Aimed at the working characteristics of turbo-expander,a set of relatively perfect emergency action plan are summarized to provide important technical guarantee to avoid the unplanned shutdown of the whole air separation system.
