摘要
介绍了渣油加氢反应器内构件的工程设计方法,应用CFD软件辅助开发入口扩散器、预分配盘、喷射型分配盘、出口收集器等反应器内构件,模拟计算结果显示出诸内构件的优化效果;并以现场采集的数据为实例,叙述了中国石化工程建设有限公司(SEI)第二代反应器内构件技术在上海石化、安庆石化与石家庄石化的应用效果。该技术可有效降低反应器径向温差;强调反应器内构件必须"量体裁衣",且每一个床层都要"享受定制化服务"。
This paper introduces the engineering design method for the internals of residue hydrotreating reactor including inlet diffuser,per-distribution tray,spray-type distribution tray and outlet collector.CFD software is used,and the simulation calculation results show the optimization effect of the internals.Citing data collected on-site,this paper discusses the application effect of SEI′s 2nd generation internals technology i n the projects of Shanghai Petrochemical Company,Anqing Petrochemical Company and Shijiazhuang Petrochemical Company.
