“底烧”型四合一炉燃料系统管道设计探讨

摘要 结合某100万t/a逆流连续重整装置,针对"底烧"型四合一炉的燃料系统管道进行设计探讨,对燃料气和长明灯的主管道进行了合理规划,提出了在四合一炉的"侧墙"面敷设燃料气和长明灯的分支管道设计方案,并设定了燃料气和长明灯的分支管道与炉底每个燃烧器金属软管相接的位置,既满足工艺流程和生产操作要求,又保障了操作、检修与通行空间,达到整齐、经济、美观的效果。 This paper discusses the piping design for fuel gas system of bottom fired quadruple heating furnace in a 1.0 Mt/a counter-current continuous reforming unit,introduces the rational plan of the heads of fuel gas pipes and pilot pipes,puts forward the new arrangement of attaching the branches of fuel gas pipes and pilot pipes on the side wall of the bottom fired quadruple heating furnace,and determines the locations where the branches of fuel gas pipes and pilot pipes are connected to the flexible hoses of the burners under the furnace floor.The economic and aesthetic piping design not only meets the requirements of process flow and production operation,but also guarantees the spaces for operation,maintenance and passage.
