摘要
某装置冷分离单元中,驱动丙烯制冷压缩机的汽轮机配套使用排汽空冷系统,以冷却汽轮机排汽管道中的乏汽,替代传统的使用循环水作冷却介质的水冷系统。斜顶式空冷器和排汽管道是空冷成套设备的核心组件。空冷器与压缩机互相制约,是分区设备布置及管廊布置过程中的主导设备。以本装置为例,系统地说明了空冷系统、管廊、压缩机在平面及立面布置时需要遵循的设计原则与流程,并对透平排汽管道的布置进行阐述,为排汽空冷系统的配管专业设计工作提供作业指导。
In the cold area of a MTO unit,the air cooled condensing system serving for the steam turbine that drives the propylene refrigeration compressor is used to cool the exhaust steam in the steam duct.Inclined air cooler and steam duct are the core components of the system.In this paper,the main factors and design key points to be considered during the equipment and piping layout of air cooled condensing system are summarized systematically,and the effects of air cooled condensing system on compressor layout are analyzed,so as to achieve a rational equipment and piping layout.
