摘要
基于田野调查,详细叙述了哈尼梯田鱼的畜养、捕捉和食用习俗及其包含的本土生态知识。红尾鲤鱼与红米稻谷构成的"稻鱼共生系统"的良性维持,反映了村民高效利用资源的技能。作为养鱼场所的本田与秧田的相互补充,克服了稻作周期性与养鱼连续性的冲突。捕捉梯田鱼的游戏,让儿童们亲身观摩和传承梯田农耕文化。受区域气候灾害和外来物种入侵的影响,近几年作夫村养鱼规模逐渐减少。
The article introduces customs of local Hani terrace fish keeping, capture, and cooking. The maintain of ＂rice fish symbiosis system＂, formed by carp and red rice, reflects the villagers＇ efficient use of resources. The game to capture the terrace fish let the children experience and observe the heritage of Hani terrace farming culture. Impacted by regional climate disasters and invasive alien species, the scale of the terrace fish culture has decreased in recent years.
