摘要
在外国势力把持的机构中,华人属员由于民族主义与生活现实的并存,普遍带有既对抗又妥协的情绪,即华员心态。滇越铁路系中法之争的产物,因而滇越路警这个群体,从诞生之日起,便不可避免地带有这种华员心态。出于维护主权的需要,滇缅路警具有民族主义的天然属性,但在法国势力把持的滇越公路中,民族主义与殖民主义的对抗,呈现出曲折的局面。华员化心态的消涨,最终决定了滇越路警的兴衰。
In the institutions that dominated by the foreign force,the Chinese servants were contradicted because of the conflict between nationalism and colonialism.Since the Yunnan-Vietnam Railway was the result of the gaming between China and France,the railway police was set up as a power stand for the sovereignty of China.But in pratice,the railway police had to obey the order of the Franch company.This complicated situation is worth of further study.
