闽台经贸人民币结算问题研究

The Discussion of RMB Settlement in Economic and Commercial Cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan

海峡两岸的政治定位和政策差异、台湾人民币离岸市场的发展、人民币币值的稳定性、福建金融业发达程度以及闽台经贸合作模式等一系列因素均制约着闽台经贸人民币结算的快速发展,同时,闽台人民币结算收付比将在未来相当长的一段时间内维持失衡的现象。因此,加强两岸货币合作、推动台湾人民币离岸市场发展、促进福建的两岸区域性金融服务中心建设、提高福建对台经贸结算货币选择权、平衡闽台人民币结算收付比是推进闽台经贸人民币结算发展的有效途径。

There are some restriction factors of the rapid development of RMB settlement in economic and commercial cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan： differing political views, RMB internationalization＇s degree, the development of Taiwan RMB offshore market, the stability of the exchange rate of RMB, financial services supporting facilities of Fujian, and the economic and trade cooperation mode between Fujian and Taiwan, etc. In addition, expenditures is larger than income slightly will be maintained over an extended period. Therefore, we ought to strengthen the cross-strait currency cooperation, speed up the development of RMB offshore Market, promote the construction of cross-strait regional financial services center in Fujian, improve the bargaining ability of Fujian, and promote RMB receipt and payment in cross strait become balance,etc.
