基于社会需求的国贸专业人才能力体系培养研究——以红河学院为例

The Cultivation of Ability System of International Trade Talents Based on Social Needs——A Case Study of Honghe University

国贸专业能力体系的构建基于不同的层次和目标,本文章从社会需求的角度,考察用人单位对国贸专业人才四个方面的素质即思想道德、基础能力、专业能力和创新能力的具体要求,借此分析了国贸专业人才能力体系培养的三个阶段。并以红河学院为例提出西南地区地方院校在国贸专业应用型人才能力体系的培养中,应从课程体系设置、实践教学环节、校企合作及师资队伍建设等方面进行改革。

The establishment of ability system of international trade talents is based on different levels and objectives. From the perspective of social needs, this paper investigates the four specific requirements—thought morals, basic ability, professional ability and innovation ability by employers, and analyzes the three stages of ability system in international trade talents cultivation. As a case study of Honghe University, the paper put forward that in the cultivating of ability system of international trade talents, the local colleges in southwest regions should carry on the setting up of curriculum system, practice teaching, school enterprise cooperation and the teachers troop construction to reform.
