With the development of the model of scientific research, project management has made large change, which was an indispensable part of the scientific research. The necessity of project management has been approved, with the research on the history of the development on the model of scientific research. The main of the most important work of project management has been summarized, which was planning, supervising and coordinating. It made some pertinent suggestion in actual practice. It makes some useful suggestion which could make improvement in project management.
