Value, Dilemma and Countermeasure on the Involvement of Social Work in Citizenship of Rural Floating Population

社会工作是推动农村流动人口市民化进程的重要力量。社会工作介入农村流动人口市民化具有反贫困、增强心理健康、加强子女教育、维权、社区融合等价值,但面临诸多困境。为使社会工作介入更加科学合理,必须加强社会工作人员专业化、实务内容全面化和工作流程系统化,以及社区工作和社会工作行政完善化。

Social work is an important force in prompting the citizenship of rural floating population. The involvement of social work in the citizenship of rural floating population is important in fighting against poverty, strengthening mental health, reinforcing children’s education, maintaining the right and community integration. However, it faces many difficulties. To ensure the involvement of social work in a scientific and rational way, it is vital to strengthen the professionalization of social workers, make the service complete and the work process systematic and ensure the improvement of the community and social work.
