摘要
朋辈教学助理发挥朋辈同伴的影响,在教学中起着教导、沟通、咨询等作用。为提高专业课程的教学效果,浙江广厦建设职业技术学院建筑工程技术专业积极探索朋辈教学助理制度。实践证明,朋辈教学助理不仅能协助教师指导学生学习及辅助管理,而且可实现"助人—自助"良性循环,从而提高教学效果,最终提升高职人才培养质量。
Peer teaching assistants give into play the influence of companions and play a role of teaching,communicating, consulting and so on in teaching activities. In order to promote the teaching effect of professional courses, teachers specializing in architecture engineering technology in Zhejiang Guansha College of Applied Construction Technology work very hard to explore the peer teaching assistant system. It is proved in practice that peer teaching assistants can not only help teachers in guiding students’ study and in students’ management, but also help develop the virtuous cycle of "helping others-helping oneself", which improves the teaching results, and ultimately improves the quality of personnel in vocational colleges.
