汉语国际教育专业学生海外实习教育管理体系的实践与探索

汉语国际教育专业的海外实习具有国内实习不能取代的效果。昆明理工大学针对国内外高校海外实习中存在的不足,借鉴相关经验,在实践过程中逐步建立了学生主体、专项制度、宣传教育、导师联系、分类指导、带头作用、分工协作的一套全方位、多层次的教育与管理体系,真正实现了海外实习与学生培养目标相吻合。通过海外实习开阔了学生的国际视野,增强了学生的自立能力和责任感,培养了学生的跨文化交际能力,提升了求职竞争力和社会适应能力。在总结实践经验的基础上,从开拓海外实习岗位、完善师生考核评价机制、关注学生心理、建立有效远程管理联动机制、海外实习安全管理机制等多方面提出了加强和改进的对策。

For students majoring in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages,the benefits of the overseas internship are irreplaceable by the domestic one.In order to overcome the weaknesses of the existing overseas internship program,Kunming University of Science and Technology has established a comprehensive and well-structured education management system on the basis of others＇ experience and its own practice.This system features student-centered and supervisor-connected practice,special regulations,emphasis on publicity,group-based guidance,exemplary cases and cooperation to ensure the integration of overseas practice with the training objectives.The overseas internship program can help widen the international vision of the students,enhance their independence and responsibility,improve their ability in cross-cultural communication as well as their competitiveness and adaptability.Based on the previous experience,the paper proposes some suggestions on exploring oversea internship opportunities,improving the evaluation system for both students and staff,finding ways for maintaining the student＇s mental-health,establishing an effective remote management linkage mechanism and a safety-related management system for overseas internship programs.
