摘要
目的：观察外用生肌膏治疗感染性疮疡（阳证）II期的有效性。方法：将64例感染性疮疡（阳证）II期患者随机分为研究组和对照组各32例，对照组采用京万红外搽治疗，研究组则给予外用生肌膏治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果：研究组总有效率为93．75％，显著高于对照组的78．12％（P〈0．05）。结论：外用生肌膏治疗感染性疮疡（阳证）II期疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the effectiveness of external Shengji ointment for infective ulcer （yang syndrome） at stage II. Methods： 64 cases of patients with infective ulcer （yang syndrome） at stage II were randomly divided into study group （32 cases） and control group （32 cases）, the control group treated by Jingwanhong soft plaster external application, while study group by external Shengji ointment, observed the efficacy of two groups. Results： The overall response rate of study group was 93.75%, which was higher than 78.12 that of control groupi （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： External Shengji ointment has significant curative effect on infective ulcer （yang syndrome） at stage II, derserves clinical promotion and application.
