摘要
目的:探讨中频电治疗结合有氧运动对肥胖青年女性体成分、血脂的影响。方法:31例肥胖青年女性分为有A、B、C组,A组采取有氧运动,B组采取中频电治疗结合有氧运动,C组按原习惯锻炼和饮食,8周后比较三组实验前后体成分及血脂变化。结果:干预后A、B组BMI、体脂率、瘦体重、腰臀比均低于干预前及C组(P〈0.05),B组瘦体重、腰臀低于A组(P〈0.05);干预后A、B组TC、TG、LDL—C低于干预前及C组(P〈0.05),B组LDL-C低于A组(P〈0.05)。结论:中频电治疗结合有氧运动能有效改善肥胖青年女性体成分及血脂水平。
Objective: To investigate the effect of intermediate frequency electric electrotherapy combined with aerobic exercise on body composition and blood lipid of obese young female. Methods: 31 cases of obese young women are divided into group A, B and C, group A with aerobic exercise, group B adopted frequency electrotherapy combined with aerobic exercise, group C in terms of original habit of exercise and diet, after 8 weeks and before experiment body composition and blood lipid of the three groups were compared. Results: After intervention BMI, body fat rate, lean body mass, waist-hip ratio of group A and B were lower than those before intervention and group C (P〈0.05), lean body mass and waist-hip ratio of group B were lower than those of group A (P〈0.05), after intervention TC, TG, LDL-C of group A and B were lower than those before intervention and group C (P〈0.05), LDL-C of group B was lower than that of group A (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Intermediate frequency electrotherapy combined with aerobic exercise can effectively improve the body composition and blood lipid of obese young female.
