摘要
针对知识产权(IP)核会被伪造和非法复制的问题,提出了一种保护IP核设计所有权的集成电路(IC)指纹技术。该技术基于布尔运算理论,在不影响电路功能的前提下,通过改变部分集成电路版图连线,实现集成电路指纹的植入。设计者能清楚地识别出数字指纹,而破坏者无法抹除数字指纹。研究结果表明:该设计可以有效保护IC电路。
In order to solve the problem that intellectual property( IP) core could be forged and illegally copied,a integrate circuit fingerprinting method was proposed. Base on Boolean operation,part of the layout was changed without affecting the circuit functions to embed the integrate circuit fingerprinting. Designer could clearly identify the digital fingerprinting,but destroyer could not erase. The experimental result show that integrate circuit fingerprint can effectively protect integrate circuit.
