我国是一个农业大国,而农业也是我国国民经济发展的基础性产业。在农业发展中,农田的管理是一项重要的问题,农田水利灌溉工程更是农田管理中的重点。以农田水利改造建设为主题,总结现阶段农田水利改造中存在的问题,并针对这些问题做出分析研究,提出强化改造的措施,促进农田水利工程的发展。

Our country is a large agricultural country, and agricuhure is the basic industry for the development of our national economy. Farmland management is an important issue in agricultural development, and farmland irrigation project is the focus of farmland management. Taking the problems of irrigation and water conservancy transformation as the theme, this paper summarized the problems in current irrigation and water conservancy transformation, proposed measures of transformation, and promoted the development of irrigation and water conservancy.
