摘要
为了优选芪蓝颗粒的最佳提取工艺条件.以R'S-告依春、毛蕊异黄酮苷的含量和干膏收率为指标,采用L9(34)正交设计试验考察提取时间、加水量和提取次数对芪蓝颗粒提取工艺的影响.芪蓝颗粒的最佳提取工艺为,提取3次,每次8倍量水,提取2 h.结果表明,优选出的最佳提取工艺合理、稳定,适合工业化大生产.
The test is going to optimize the extraction process of Qilan granules. The contents of Epigoitrin,Calycosin-7-glucoside and yield of dry extract are used as indicators. The optimal extraction time is tested by orthogonal design L9( 34). Extraction frequency and water consumption both have influence on the extraction process of Qilan granules. The results show that the optimal extraction process is as follows: the material liquor ratio of 1 ∶ 8,2 h every time and 3 times. Finally,a conclusion is drawn that the optimal extraction process obtained is reliable,stable and can be applied in industrial production.
