摘要 随着城市建设的发展,地下室的抗浮设计也成了地下室设计中的重要内容.针对内江市某坡地建筑地下室结构抗浮承载力不足引发的工程问题,分析该坡地建筑地下室汇排水特征及地下水对地下结构的影响,并提出降水抗浮设计措施.该方法既可以解决已有建筑地下室抗浮承载力不足的问题,也能解决坡地建筑地下室抗浮水位取值难的问题,为坡地建筑地下室抗浮设计及事故处理提供了一种解决方案. In recent years,with the development of urban construction,there are more and more buildings with basements. Anti-floating design of basement has become an important part of the basement design. However,people often underestimate or even neglect the influence of groundwater buoyancy on the underground structure because they are lack of the knowledge about the groundwater level. In Neijiang,an accident occurred in a slope architecture basement because of the problem of anti-floating.Therefore,this paper analyzes groundwater catchment and drainage feature of this basement and the influence of groundwater on the underground structure. Then,the paper proposes the dewatering and anti-floating measures which can deal with the problems of anti-floating and at the same time lower the difficulty in evaluating the parameters of anti-floating water level in slope building basement,and finally provide new thoughts on anti-floating design of slope building basement and accident handling.
