摘要
将干燥柳蒿用甲醇室温浸泡提取,提取液浓缩后依次用正己烷、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取,制得相应溶剂萃取物,利用硅胶柱色谱及HPLC等分离纯化,从乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到4种单一化合物,依据理化性质及波谱数据分析,分别鉴定为:香豆素(1),7-甲氧基香豆素(2),5-羟基-6,7,3′,4′-四甲氧基黄酮(3),trans-5-hydroxy-2-isopropenyl-5-methylhex-3-en-1-ol(4)。其中,化合物1,3,4为首次从柳蒿中分离得到。
The air dried parts of Artemisia integrifolia Linn were percolated with methanol to obtain crude extract at room temperature. The crude extract was concentrated in a rotary vacuum under reduce pressure. The concentrated was partitioned with n-hexane, ethyl acetate, and n-buthanol to obtain their fractions, respectively. Four compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Artemisia integrifolia Linn by silica gel column chromatography and HPLC.The structures of them were verified as coumarin(1),7-methoxycoumarine (2), 5-hydroxy-6,7,3,4'- tetramethoxyflavone (3), trans-5-hydroxy-2-isopropenyl-5-methylhex-3-en- 1-ol. (4). Compounds 1, 3, 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
