摘要
论文采用CED与DED漂白工艺对亚硫酸盐未漂辐射松溶解浆进行漂白,研究了E段用碱量、温度,DED漂白中D0段和D1段漂白参数对浆料性质的影响,获得了较优的漂白工艺。结果表明,CED漂白中,E段用碱量17%,碱处理温度95℃,漂后浆料的聚合度能够达到2019.6,白度91.0%ISO,α-纤维素96.19%。而采用DED漂白工艺,D0段二氧化氯用量1.5%,漂白时间3h,D1段用氯量0.45%,漂后浆料白度86.4%ISO,α-纤维素含量94.01%,聚合度2021.5。
The original radiata pine sulfite dissolving pulp was bleached with CED and DED bleaching process in this paper. Effects of alkali dosage、temperature in E bleaching process and parameters in D0 and D1bleaching process on the properties of the bleached pulp were studied so as to obtain the optimum bleaching process The results showed that in CED bleaching process when alkali dosage was 17%,alkali treatment temperature was 95℃,bleached pulp polymerization degree,brightness,alpha cellulose can reach 2019. 6,91. 0% ISO,96. 19% respectively. While in DED bleaching process,when the amount of chlorine dioxide in D0 process was 1. 5%,bleaching time 3h,the amount of chlorine dioxide in D1 process was 0. 45%,bleached pulp polymerization degree,alpha cellulose,brightness can reach 2019. 6,96. 19%,91. 0% ISO respectively.
