摘要
目的:基于中医传承辅助系统分析《肿瘤方剂大辞典》中收载的治疗卵巢癌方剂的组方规律。方法:收集并筛选《肿瘤方剂大辞典》中治疗卵巢癌的方剂,录入中医传承辅助系统,采用软件集成的数据挖掘方法,对筛选出治疗卵巢癌的方剂进行组方规律分析。结果:筛选出符合要求的185个治疗卵巢癌的处方,确定了处方中药物出现的频数、常用药对及核心组合,并获得新处方9个。结论:明确了《肿瘤方剂大辞典》中治疗卵巢癌方剂的组方规律。
Objective：To analyze the prescription principles of formulas for ovarian cancer recorded in the book of Dictionary of Tumor Formulas based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System（TCMISS）. Method：Formulas for ovarian cancer in the book of Dictionary of tumor prescriptions were selected,and then were inputted into the TCMISS,and the data excavation method with integration software to analyze prescription principles of the formulas. Results：There were 185 qualified formulas,and the frequency of herbs in the formula,the commonly used herb pair,and the core herbal combination were determined. Conclusion：The prescription principles for ovarian cancer recorded in the book of Dictionary of tumor prescription were determined.
