按揉神门穴对改良Seldinger技术PICC置管致患者疼痛的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Pressing Shenmen Point on Reliving Pain in Patients Induced by PICC Catheter in the Modified Seldinger Technique

目的:观察按揉神门穴对患者接受超声引导下改良Seldinger技术PICC置管过程中引起疼痛的干预效果。方法:将60例超声引导下PICC置管患者按置管先后顺序采取随机数字表法分为对照组、穴位按揉组各30例,对照组按常规给予盐酸利多卡因局部麻醉,穴位按揉组在对照组的基础上分别给予穴位按揉。比较两组患者超声引导下PICC置管前血压和心率、焦虑评分,并对PICC置管过程进行疼痛评分。结果:穴位按揉组置管疼痛显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按揉可减轻超声引导下PICC置管所致疼痛,并能有效减轻PICC置管患者术前焦虑,稳定生理指标。

Objective：To investigate the effect of pressing Shenmen point on relieving pain caused by PICC catheter insertion with modified Seldinger technique under ultrasound- guidance. Methods：Total 60 patients with PICC catheter were divided into control group（30 cases）,pressing point group（30 cases） by using random number table. Patients in the control group were given lidocaine for local anesthesia,while patients in the pressing point group were given pressing points besides the treatment in the control group. The pain score during catheter insertion,anxiety score and blood pressure and heart rate before insertion were compared. Results：The pain during insertion in the pressing point group was significant lower than that in the control group with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusions：Pressing points can relieve pain caused by PICC catheter insertion,relieve the anxiety before the insertion,and stabilize the physiological indexes.
