甲钴胺配合中药泡脚治疗糖尿病足临床观察

Clinical Effect of Mecobalamine Combined with Foot Bath with Traditional Chinese Medicine Herbs in Treating Diabetic Foot

目的:观察甲钴胺配合中药泡脚治疗糖尿病足的效果。方法:将56例患者随机分为治疗组34例和对照组22例。治疗组给予口服甲钴胺配合中药泡脚疗法,对照组给予运动疗法。结果:治疗组症状改善高于对照组,肌肉神经传导同样高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甲钴胺配合中药泡脚治疗糖尿病足效果显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of mecobalamine combined with traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） herbs foot bath in treating diabetic foot. Methods：Totally 56 patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into therapy group and control group,34 patients in the therapy group treated with mecobalamine combined with TCM herbs foot bath for 15 days,and 22 patients in control group treated with foot exercise. Results ：The therapy group was superior to the control group in symptoms improvement（P〈0.05） and the nerve conduction velocity in the therapy group was also faster than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Mecobalamine combined with TCM herbs foot bath was of better effect on dia betic foot.
