地黄饮子加减治疗阿尔茨海默病的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 阿尔茨海默病是一种以进行性认知障碍和记忆力损害为主的中枢神经系统退行性疾病,其突出表现为痴呆。地黄饮子为传统中医方剂,具有抗衰老氧化以及益智等作用,多用于治疗神经退行性疾病。本文从实验研究和临床研究两方面综述近20年地黄饮子加减治疗阿尔茨海默病的研究概况,发现地黄饮子几乎可以改善阿尔茨海默病每个病理环节,且能较好地改善痴呆症状。未来需更深入地进行药代动力学研究及科学严谨的随机对照试验(RCT)研究,并关注量效关系及临床用药剂量域问题。参考文献44篇。 Alzheimer's disease(AD) is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system affecting cogni tion and memory. As a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) formula,Di Huang Yin Zi is used for treatment of neural degenerative disease because the functions of anti- aging and improving cognition from recently research. Research developments in recent 20 years on the treatment with Di Huang Yin Zi through experimental study and clinical research were summarized. Di Huang Yin Zi could work on almost every pathological pathway of the AD and improve symptoms obviously. We suggest pharmacokinetics and high- quality randomized controlled clinical trials(RCT) should be further conducted to focus on dose- effect relationships and clinical doses. A total of 44 references were cited.
