信用是中华民族的传统美德,其不仅具有经济规律的性质,而且有着深刻的伦理涵义。当前,农村信用缺失现象普遍、农村信用体系不完善,已然成为农业和农村经济进一步发展的阻碍因素之一。因此,大力加强农村信用道德建设,提高农户、农村中小企业和农村基层政府信用水平,改善农村信用环境,不断完善农村信用体系就成为社会的必然选择。

Credit is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation, it not only has the nature of economic law,but they have profound ethical implications.Today, rural credit loss phenomenon universal, the rural credit system is not perfect, has become one of the obstacles to the further development of agriculture and rural economy.Therefore,strengthen rural credit morality construction,enhance farmers,rual small and medium-sized enterprises and rural grassroots government credit level,improve the rural credit environment,improve the rural credit system has become the inevitable choice of the society.
