新常态下和谐劳动关系的构建研究——以劳动关系调整模式为视角

Research on the construction of harmonious labor relations under the new normal——from the perspective of labor relations adjustment

在党和国家高度的重视下,目前全国劳动关系总体处于和谐的状态。但是,从社会发展状态来看,我国仍旧处于转型的关键时期,以此劳动关系问题依旧是我们关注的中心。尤其是劳动关系在主体和利益表现上,从原有的单一化向多元化转变,劳动关系中的矛盾逐步凸显出来,由此引发的各种事故、案件不断出现。其中最为常见的莫过于拖欠农民工工资或者损害职工利益,继而导致罢工、停工等群体性事件。如何构建和谐的劳动关系成为多方关注的焦点。基于此本文主要从国内外劳动关系调整模式的研究中进行探讨分析,从中得到启示并提出我国在新常态下的劳动关系和谐发展的一些看法。

Under the attention of the height of the party and the country, China＇s overall economic situation develops stable, and begin entering the period of transition. In labor relations, the subject and interests are gradually diversified, the contradiction of labor relations is more significant variable. In many places, there still exist peasant workers wage arrears and other circumstances, which seriously affect the construction of harmonious labor relations. This article mainly from the domestic and foreign labor relations adjustment pattern research to carry on the discussion and analysis, obtains the enlightenment and proposed our country in the new normal labor relations harmonious development some views.
