摘要
近几年,服务外包方兴未艾,服务外包因其资源消耗低、环境污染少、附加值大、吸纳就业能力强等特点,为解决我国就业问题提供一个重要研究方向。本文构建了服务外包承接与发包对三次产业就业和工资增长的回归模型,实证分析了中国承接服务外包的就业效应和工资增长效应。实证结果表明了中国服务外包承接和发包对第一产业就业影响不显著,对制造业和服务业就业影响显著,其中承接服务外包对就业有促进作用,服务外包发包作用相反;服务外包发包的工资增长效应不显著,承接服务外包对工资增长有促进作用。
Recently, service outsourcing is in the ascendant and has brought rich benefits.Due to the characteristics of low resource consumption,low environmental pollution,high additional value and greatability to absorb labor,service outsourcing provides a favorable way for solving the problem of employment.On this basis,this article constructs a model to empirically analyze how service outsourcing influence the employment amount and structure then to analyze employment effect and wage rising effect.Based on the theoretical analysis,some?conclusions are drawn as followings:The influence of service outsourcing in primary industries is insignificant while significant in the secondary and tertiary industries.And undertaking service outsourcing has a positive effect on employment amount and structure.
