摘要
QPSK是目前光学遥感卫星、微波遥感卫星及载人航天数据传输中经常选用的一种调制方法,电路实现比较简单,微波直接调制,具有频谱利用高、地面接收复杂度低、体制通用等优点;实现方式上,采用微波直接调制可以使系统简化、高效。文章采用ADS仿真软件中的三维仿真结构对一种基于MIC的微波直接调制电路进行建模和仿真,得到了更接近实际电路特性的仿真模型,提高了设计精度,验证了该方案的合理性和准确性。
QPSK is a kind of debugging method which is often used in optical remote sensing satellite,microwave remote sensing satellite and manned spaceflight data transmission,the circuit elements of which is simple. The microwave direct modulation method has many advantages,such as high spectrum utilization,low ground receiving complexity and commonly used mechanisms Utilizing this method,the system can be simplified and more efficient. The three-dimensional simulation structure in ADS is used to model the whole module of a MIC-based microwave direct modulator. A simulation model is implemented which can approximately close to the actual circuit features and improves the design accuracy of the microwave direct modulator.
