摘要
通过分析当代澳大利亚著名作家亚历克斯·米勒最杰出的婚恋小说《恋歌》中带有典型意义的三处隐喻,展现了女性通过自我意识觉醒、追求自我主体性以及对母性的悖反式回归来实践女性个体各自独特的生存范式,探索现代社会女性生存之图景。小说不仅关注女性生存,而且颂扬女性价值,充分体现了米勒的女性主义思想倾向。
By analyzing three typical metaphors in Lovesong,which is Alex Miller＇s greatest novel on love and marriage,the essay aims to exhibit the ways women characters experience their unique modes of existence respectively through awaking the awareness of self-hood,pursuing personal subjectivity and paradoxically returning to maternity,and therefore,hopefully to explore the paradigm of women existence in modern society.The novel has implied Miller＇s concerns for the existence of women and his eulogy of female values,which fully reflect his feminist tendency.
