高校学生管理工作要以大学生的需求为切入点来提高管理工作的有效性。参与式管理以提升学生自主能力为目标,以学生为主体,以教师、管理部门的引导、服务为工作导向,采用分"型"、提"能"、引"思"三种工作途径,创新工作机制和个性化激励机制,是实现高校学生管理有效性的一种管理模式。

The management of college students is supposed to take studentsneeds as the breakthrough to improve its effectiveness.The participatory management mode advocated in the paper involves three approaches to student management work,including division of＂types＂,increasing of＂ability＂and inspiration of＂thinking＂.It also contains the mechanisms of platform building,management system innovation and personalized incentive promotion.This work mode,with students being the main participants,has the goal to enhance students＇ independent ability and is oriented to the guide and service of teachers and management departments.
