围手术期人性化优质护理对胃癌患者术后并发症的影响

Influences of perioperative humanized quality nursing for patients with gastric cancer on postoperative complications

目的研究围手术期人性化优质护理对胃癌患者术后并发症的影响。方法选取2010年6月至2015年6月间收治的116例胃癌患者,所有患者均接受手术治疗。依照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各58例。观察组患者接受围手术期人性化优质护理,对照组患者接受常规护理。观察并比较两组患者护理相关指标、术后并发症以及不同护理措施应用后的护理满意度情况。结果护理后,观察组患者的肛门排气时间和住院时间均短于对照组,焦虑自评量表评分亦显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症总发生率为3.4%,低于对照组的19.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度为89.7%,高于对照组的63.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围手术期人性化优质护理方案可有效地降低胃癌患者的并发症,提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the influences of perioperative humanized quality nursing for patients with gastric cancer on postoperative complications. Methods From June 2010 to June 2015 in Panzhihua Central Hospital,116 cases with gastric cancer who underwent surgical treatment were enrolled in the study and were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,58 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group accepted perioperative humanized quality nursing and those in the control group accepted routine nursing. The nursing related indicators,postoperative complications and the application of different nursing care satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing,the anus exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were less than those of the control group,and the self-rating anxiety scale（ SAS） score of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group,with significant differences（ P 〈 0. 05）. The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 3. 4%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group19. 0%,with significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05）. The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was89. 7%,was significantly less than that of the control group 63. 8%,with significant difference（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Application of perioperative humanized quality nursing in perioperative period of gastric cancer patients can reduce the complications and increase the nursing satisfaction.
