系统护理干预对预防中晚期食管癌适形放疗患者并发症的效果

Prevention efficacy of systematic nursing intervention on complications during conformal radiotherapy for patients with advanced esophageal cancer

目的探讨系统护理干预对预防中晚期食管癌适形放疗患者并发症的效果。方法选取2013年8月至2015年6月间陕西省汉中中航工业三二〇一医院收治的100例中晚期食管癌患者,均接受三维适形放疗治疗,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组患者在常规护理基础上接受系统护理干预,对照组患者仅接受常规护理。观察和比较两组患者的近期疗效、并发症和护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者总有效率明显增高(P<0.05);观察组患者放射性皮炎、放射性食管炎、放射性气管炎、骨髓抑制等并发症发生率均显著降低(均P<0.05);观察组患者对护理服务满意度明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统性护理干预能够明显减少中晚期食管癌患者三维适形放疗的并发症,提高临床疗效及护理服务满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the prevention efficacy of systematic nursing intervention on complications during conformal radiotherapy for patients with advanced esophageal cancer. Methods From Aug 2013 to July 2015,100 patients with advanced esophageal cancer treated by 3D conformal radiotherapy in China Aviation Industry 3201 Hospital were enbrolled in the study and randomized into the observation group（ systematic nursing intervention） and the control group（ routine nursing,50 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group accepted systematic nursing intervention and those in the control group accepted routine nursing. The short-term efficacy,complications and nursing satisfaction degree in two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate was significantly increased in the observation group（ P 〈 0. 05）; the incidence of complications such as radioactive dermatitis,radiation esophageal inflammation,radiation tracheitis,bone marrow suppression was significantly reduced in the observation group（ P 〈 0. 05）; the patients’ satisfaction degree for nursing service was significantly improved in the observation group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Systematic nursing intervention can significantly reduce the complications during the conformal radiotherapy for patients with advanced esophageal cancer,improve the clinical efficacy and satisfaction degree. And it is worthy of clinical promotion.
