护理干预在脑动脉瘤介入手术中的应用

Intraoperative cooperation and nursing in the treatment of cerebral aneurysm embolization

目的探讨脑动脉瘤栓塞术的术中配合及护理。方法选择2013年6月至2015年4月间收治的100例脑动脉瘤患者,均进行脑动脉瘤栓塞术治疗.根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者行常规基础护理,观察组患者在此基础上行围术期干预性护理,比较两组患者呕吐、头痛等临床症状消失时间、住院时间和术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的呕吐、头痛等临床症状消失时间、住院时间显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后发生脑缺血、脑动脉瘤再次破裂、脑血管痉挛、穿刺部位血肿等并发症情况显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑动脉瘤介入栓塞术患者术中有效的护理配合和干预,可显著缓解临床症状,缩短住院时间,降低术后并发症发生,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the cooperation and nursing in the operation of cerebral aneurysm embolization. Methods Between June 2013 and April 2015,100 patients with cerebral aneurysm were selected. All patients were treated with embolization of cerebral aneurysms. According to the random number table method,100 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group,control group was given routine nursing,group on the basis of observation perioperative nursing intervention,compared with two groups of vomiting,headache and other clinical features disappearance time,hospitalization time,were compared between the two groups of postoperative complications. Results The observation group of vomiting,headache and other various clinical features,disappearance time,duration of hospitalization was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）; patients in the observation group after cerebral ischemia,cerebral aneurysm rupture again,brain vascular spasm,puncture site hematoma complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The effective nursing cooperation and intervention in the operation of cerebral aneurysm embolization patients can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms,shorten the hospital stay,reduce the postoperative complications,the effect is satisfactory,it is worth clinical promotion.
