摘要
目的研究人工流产患者术前避孕咨询服务对患者避孕意识及避孕行为的影响。方法临床纳入148例我院2014年8月~2015年5月行人工流产手术的患者,所有患者按随机数字表法分为两组,各74例。观察两组患者避孕意识及避孕行为情况。结果术后观察组避孕知识及重复流产危害评分均高于对照组,P〈0.05。结论人流术前避孕咨询服务提高患者避孕意识,改善患者避孕行为,降低0.5年内重复流产率,保障女性生殖健康。
Objective To study the influence of counseling service in the changes of contraception awareness and behavior before the induced abortion. Methods 148 patients adopting the induced abortion from August 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups,74 cases in each group. The changes of contraception awareness and behavior for two groups were observed. Results After surgery,the contraception knowledge and evaluation score of repeated abortion for observation group was higher than that of control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Before the induced abortion,the counseling service can improve their contraception awareness and behavior. The rate of repeated abortion is reduced so as to guarantee their reproductive health.
