The rapid development of social economy,hospital personnel management system is also constantly changing. The traditional personnel management has been instead of modern human resource management,personnel statistics also need to actively change,advancing with the times,better adaptation needs of the development of hospital management. Hospital development and management can not be separated from the talent,strengthen personnel management is an important part of hospital management,but also to guarantee development of the hospital,so,the need to do a good job in personnel statistics. This paper analyzes and studies the function and countermeasure of personnel statistics in hospital management.
