摘要
目的观察临床治疗脑梗死后遗症时应用脐带血干细胞的近期疗效。方法选取医院于2014年4月~2015年4月接收的脑梗死后遗症患者72例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各36例,对照组患者实施常规康复治疗,实验组在此基础上应用脐带血干细胞治疗,共治疗15 d,观察两组患者近期疗效,对比治疗前后运功功能评分。结果治疗15 d后,实验组患者临床疗效、运动功能评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论临床治疗脑梗死后遗症患者时,脐带血干细胞治疗方法具有良好的近期疗效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of umbilical cord blood stem cells for the treatment of sequelae of cerebral infarction. Methods 72 patients with cerebral infarction sequelae received in hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were selected. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 36 cases in each. The control group received conventional rehabilitation therapy,the experimental group in application of umbilical cord blood stem cell therapy. A total of 15 days of treatment,the short-term therapeutic efficacy of two groups of patients were observed and compared before and after treatment in the transport function score. Results After 15 d treatment,the clinical curative effect of the patients in the experimental group,motor function scores were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical treatment of cerebral infarction patients,umbilical cord blood stem cell therapy has a good clinical effect.
