神经内科危重症患者的脑功能监测和预后评估中脑电图的应用探析

Application of EEG in Brain Function Monitoring and Prognosis Evaluation in Patients With Severe Neurological Diseases

目的分析神经内科危重症患者的脑功能监测和预后评估中脑电图的应用价值。方法选取我院2012年2月~2015年2月神经内科收治的危重患者155例,使用数字脑电图仪观察患者EEG,通过EEG Synek分级标准对结果予以分级,分析临床预后和脑电图分级的相关性。结果脑电图良好组共有116例,预后不良率为4.3%,脑电图不良组共39例,预后不良率为59.0%,P〈0.01,脑电图良好组与不良组差异具有统计学意义。结论 EEG Synek分析可以预测神经内科危重症患者的预后不良,分级越高,则代表患者的神经功能缺失情况越加严重。

Objective To analyze the application value of EEG in brain function monitoring and prognosis evaluation in patients with severe neurological diseases. Methods 155 patients with acute severe patients treated in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2015, patients with EEG were observed. The results were analyzed by Synek EEG. Results There were 116 cases in good EEG group, 4.3% patients with poor prognosis, 39 patients with poor EEG,59.0% of the poor prognosis,P 0.01. The difference between the good group and the poor group was statistically significant. ConclusionEEG synek analysis can predict poor prognosis in department of neurology of critically ill patients. The higher the grade, on behalf of patients with neurological deficit situation become more serious.
