老年性痴呆的中医诊断及治疗研究

Traditional Chinese Medicine in Diagnosis and Treatment of Senile Dementia

目的探讨老年性痴呆的中医药诊断和治疗方法。方法本组病例均来自于我院自2013年9月~2015年9月收治的41例老年性痴呆患者的临床资料,给予患者口服盐酸多奈哌齐,在此基础上给予中医辨证分型的方式加以诊断,根据不同中医辨证分型结果,给予对症用药。结果 19例痊愈,13例显效,7例有效,无效2例,总有效率95.1%,整体治疗效果较为满意。结论采用中医辨证分型的方式,将老年性痴呆分为肾精虚衰证、肝肾阴虚证、脾肾阳虚证、痰浊阻窍证、气滞血瘀证等几种分型,给予对症用药,可提高治疗效果,改善患者各项症状。

Objective To investigate the TCM in diagnosis and treatment of senile dementia. Methods 41 cases of senile dementia patients treated in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were selected. These patients were treated with donepezil hydrochloride,and TCM syndrome differentiation typing method were used to diagnosis. According to the results of different TCM syndrome,giving patients symptomatic medication. Results 19 cases were cured,13 cases were cured,7 cases effective,2 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 95.1%,the treatment effect was very good. Conclusion By the TCM syndrome differentiation typing,the senile dementia were divided into several kinds. Kidney essence deficiency syndrome,liver kidney yin deficiency,spleen kidney yang deficiency,phlegm obstructing orifices. They were treated with medication,the treatment effect is improved,and the symptoms of the patients improved.
