中药治疗膝关节骨关节炎临床研究

Clinical Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Osteoarthritis of the Knee

目的研究探讨中药治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床效果。方法将我院收治的膝关节骨关节炎患者86例为本次研究对象。对照组患者采用常规西医进行治疗,观察组患者采用中药治疗。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为90.7%,对照组患者治疗有效率为74.4%,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药治疗膝关节骨关节炎,具有良好的临床效果,可有效减轻患者疼痛,且疗效确切,易于患者接受。

Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee joint. Methods 86 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients in our hospital were treated as the subjects of this study. Patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine,the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 90.7%,and the effective rate was 74.4% in the control group,and the data were in accordance with statistical difference（P 0.05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee,has good clinical effect,can effectively reduce the pain of patients,and easy to be accepted.
