固本益肾方治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis With Guben Yishen Prescription

目的探讨固本益肾方治疗慢性肾炎的临床疗效。方法 60例慢性肾炎患者分为2组,对照组给贝那普利片;治疗组在对照组基础上予固本益肾方。评价治疗前后临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率83.34%,高于对照组66.71%(P<0.05)。治疗组中医症候疗效为86.67%,高于对照组43.32%(P<0.05);治疗组组内比较,24 h尿蛋白定量降低,肾功能有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论固本益肾方可以改善慢性肾炎患者中医症候,有效降低蛋白尿,保护肾功能,延缓肾脏病进展。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of guben yishen prescription treating chronic nephritis. Methods 60 patients with chronic nephritis patients were divided into two groups,the control group was given benazepril tablets,and treatment group on the control group grven Guben Yishen. Clinical evaluation before and after treatmalyzed. Results Treatment group,the total efficiency of 83.34%,significantly higher than 66.71% in control group（P 0.05）. TCM symptoms efficacy of the treatment group was 86.67%,significantly higher than 43.32% in control group（P 0.05）. 24 h urine protein was decreased in the treatment group,kidney function improved,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）,and the difference between groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Guben yishen prescription can improve symptoms in patients with chronic nephritis,reduce proteinuria and protect renal function,and delay progression of renal disease.
