冰红消肿膏对治疗桡骨远端骨折初期肿痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Binghongxiaozhong Ointment in the Treatment of of Sore in the Distal Radius Fractures

目的观察冰红消肿膏对桡骨远端骨折初期肿痛的疗效。方法用冰红消肿膏和云南白药膏(云南白药集团无锡药业有限公司,国药准字Z20073015)治疗桡骨远端骨折初期肿痛患者120例,分别记录患肢的肿痛缓解程度。结果观察组在改善桡骨远端骨折初期患者肿痛方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冰红消肿膏可以有效缓解桡骨远端骨折初期出现的肿痛,疗效良好。

Objective To observe the Binghongxiaozhong ointment on the curative effect of sore in the distal radius fractures. Methods With Binghongxiaozhong ointment and Yunnanbaiyao ointment for the treatment of distal radius fracture patients with pain in the early 120. Record the limb swelling degree of ease. Results Observation group in the improvement of swelling of distal radius fractures was better than that in control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Binghongxiaozhong ointment could effectively relieve swelling and pain of the distal radius fractures,the curative effect is good.
