加味半夏白术天麻汤治疗老年高血压的疗效探讨

Effect of Jiawei Banxiabaizhutianma Decoction in the Treatment of Elderly Patients With Hypertension

目的探讨加味半夏白术天麻汤治疗老年高血压的疗效。方法收集2012年2月~2014年7月我院诊断为高血压的老年患者,随机分为2组：50例研究组和50例对照组,两组基础治疗均相同,研究组加用加味半夏白术天麻汤治疗。对比研究组和对照组治疗前后血压及高血压症状评分。结果研究组和对照组治疗前收缩压、舒张压、高血压症状评分结果差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;研究组和对照组治疗后收缩压、舒张压、高血压症状评分结果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论本次研究认为加味半夏白术天麻汤能够降低老年高血压患者的收缩压及舒张压水平,改善眩晕、头痛、头沉、胸闷等症状。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods Collected elderly patients with hypertension from February 2012 to July 2014 in our hospital and divided into 2 groups. 50 cases of study group and 50 cases of control group,had the same basic treatment of two groups,the study group was with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction treatment. Blood pressure and hypertension symptom score before and after treatment were compared in the study group and the control group. Results The study group and the control group of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,hypertension symptom score results were no significant difference before treatment（P 0.05）. Study group and control group after treatment the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,hypertension symptom score results had differences（P 0.05）. Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction can significantly reduce systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure levels and improve dizziness,headache,head heavy,chest tightness and other symptoms.
