微生物检验在医院感染控制中的应用

Application of Microbiological Examination in Hospital Infection Control

目的探讨微生物检验工作在医院感染控制当中的应用。方法 2013年10月~2014年12月来我院住院的患者中选出130例,将其分为两个小组。研究组引入微生物检验;对照组患者未引入微生物检验,采用盲目控制感染的措施。记录两组患者住院期间的感染情况。结果研究组总感染率为10.77%,低于对照组26.15%;研究组重度感染率为3.08%,低于对照组18.46%,两组数据差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论利用微生物检验可以有效控制医院感染的发生率,同时也可以控制患者的感染程度,保障患者健康。

Objective To explore the application of microbiological examination in hospital infection control. Methods From October 2013 to December 2014 to choose 130 cases of our hospital patients in the hospital,divided into two groups. The study group introduced microbial inspection. Control group patients did not introduce microorganism inspection, used the blind infection control measures. Recorded the two groups of patients in hospital infection status. Results The study group total infection rate was 10.77%,significantly lower than the contrast group of 26.15%,severe infection rate was 3.08%,significantly lower than the control group of 18.46%,among the two groups of data were statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion The use of microbial testing can effectively control the incidence of hospital infection,but also can control the degree of infection of patients,ensure the health of patients.
