低体温护理对妇科腹腔镜手术预后的影响

Effect of Hypothermia Nursing on the Prognosis of Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

目的分析探讨妇科腹腔镜术中低体温的护理体会。方法 80例妇科腹腔镜手术患者,分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。观察凝血、麻醉药物代谢、术后寒战及患者主诉的情况。结果观察组术毕,患者出现麻醉后苏醒快、渗血、寒战、躁动及伤口感染发生率低于对照组。结论妇科腹腔镜手术时采取针对性的低体温护理措施能有效预防术中低体温发生。

Objective Analysis of nursing experience of gynecological laparoscopic intraoperative hypothermia. Methods 80 cases of gynecological laparoscopic surgery were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. Observation of blood coagulation,anesthetic drug metabolism,and the patients complained of postoperative shivering. Results The observation group after operation,patients with rapid recovery after anesthesia,bleeding,shivering,gitation and wound infection rate was lower than the control group. Conclusion Low temperature nursing measures can effectively prevent the occurrence of low temperature during gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
