48例白血病化疗后肛周感染的护理

Nursing Care of Anal Infection for 48 Patients With Leukemia After Chemotherapy

目的探讨人性化护理服务对白血病化疗后肛周感染患者的护理效果。方法选取2014年12月~2015年12月在我院住院的88例白血病化疗后肛周感染患者进行研究,根据护理方式的不同将其分为常规护理组和人性化护理组,并比较2组患者护理效果。结果护理后,人性化护理组患者其临床治疗效果高于常规护理组（P〈0.05）;护理前,人性化护理组和常规组患者焦虑和抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,护理后,人性化护理组患者其焦虑和抑郁评分均低于常规护理组（P〈0.05）。结论对白血病化疗后肛周感染患者实施人性化护理服务可提高患者临床治疗效果,同时消除患者抑郁和焦虑心理情绪,促进患者早日康复。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of humanized nursing care of anal infection for patients with leukemia after chemotherapy. Methods From December 2014 to December 2015,in our hospital 88 cases of leukemia after chemotherapy perianal infection patients were studied. According to different nursing methods would be devided into nursing group and humanized nursing group,and compared two groups of patients with nursing effect. Results After treatment,humanity care group patients＇ therapeutic effect was significantly higher than that of the routine nursing group（P 0.05）. Before nursing,the humanized nursing group and conventional group patients with anxiety and depression scores had no significant difference（P 0.05）. After nursing,humanity nursing group with the anxiety and depression scores were significantly lower than the routine nursing group（P 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of humanistic nursing care in patients with leukemia after chemotherapy can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,and promote the early recovery of patients with depression and anxiety.
