摘要
目的探讨细节护理在神经外科护理中的应用。方法以我院神经外科收治的180例患者为研究对象,随机抽取90例为对照组,行常规护理,另90例为研究组,行细节护理,比较两组患者的护理情况。结果研究组的护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经外科采用细节护理,提高了护理质量,减少了并发症的出现。
Objective To explore the application of details nursing in nursing in department of neurosurgery. Methods 180 cases of the department of neurosurgery in our hospital patients as the research object,randomly selected 90 patients in the control group received routine nursing care,the other 90 cases as the study group underwent detailed nursing,and compared two groups of patients with nursing. Results The nursing quality score in the study group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. The incidence rate of complications in the study group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion The details nursing in department of neurosurgery,improve the quality of care,reduce the complications.
